On Friday, May 23, Junee Community Centre will be holding a Mental Health Forum at the Junee Licorice Factory. The event says it will navigate the path to mental well being, one conversation at a time.
Paul Langmack will speak at the event about NSW Rugby League’s changing rooms program.
Wood fired pizza and entertainment will accompany the event. There are limited spaces so reserve your spot using the QR Code or contact 69243574.
The Junee Community Centre are excited to see someone like Paul come to support the event.

Paul Langmack is an Australian former rugby league coach and representative, premiership winning player. Paul is NSWRL Champion of Mental Health bringing a concept he calls ‘mental fitness’ to rugby league change rooms around NSW.
Since its inception in 2019, Langmack has delivered changing rooms to more than 11,000 participants. He aims to provide an overview on how to improve mental fitness and is accompanied by mental fitness professionals.
The Junee Community Centre has partnered with the Junee Licorice and Chocolate factory to provide the Junee Community with the opportunity to engage with Paul Langmack.
Paul will be giving participants techniques to make their minds fitter and more resilient to handle the stresses of life, including environmental stresses such as the impact of drought on rural communities.
Peter Thompson, JCC Board of Directors member said “the forum is designed to remove stigma surrounding mental health and start supportive conversations in the community.”
