Marrar is gearing up for an exciting finals campaign, with the football team preparing to put a strong season behind them and take on the best of the competition in the Riverina region.
After enjoying a recent bye, the Bombers have had a valuable chance to rest, recover and reset ahead of the demanding finals series. The break has allowed the squad to fine-tune preparations and build momentum at a crucial stage of the season.
With finals football comes plenty of pressure, but Marrar will be determined to stay focused, play their trademark team-first style, and make the most of every opportunity as they continue their push through the finals.
The finals also provide a great opportunity for the wider Marrar community to rally behind the team, with strong local support expected at Maher Oval for the First Grade, Under 18s and Under 17s and at Coleambally Sportsgrounds for the A Grade team as the Bombers aim to progress further.
After a season of hard work, the stage is set. Marrar now looks forward with confidence as they continue their journey through the finals campaign.
Details for the first week of finals are as follows:
Saturday 15 August
A Grade. Coleambally sportsground from 12.30pm.
Sunday 16 August
First Grade. Maher Oval, Wagga from 2.15pm.
Under 18s. Maher Oval, Wagga from 10.00am.
Under 17s. Maher Oval, Wagga from 9.00am.
